Crewe team celebrates national ‘customer experience’ award win

A car dealership team is celebrating after receiving national recognition for the way they look after customers.

Crewe SEAT has been named Sales Customer Experience Winner at the annual SEAT Retailer Awards, recognising the effort the team puts in every day to make customers feel welcome, supported and confident.

The award highlights dealerships that go the extra mile for their customers, something the Crewe team has made a key focus over the past year.

Sam Booth, Head of Business at Crewe SEAT, said: “We’re delighted to receive this award, it means a lot because it reflects the effort our whole team puts in every day. We’ve got a brilliant group of people here who genuinely care about our customers and that’s what this is about.”

The dealership has built a reputation locally for its friendly and approachable atmosphere, with customers supported throughout every step of their journey.

As part of Swansway Motor Group, the business also plays an important role in the local community, employing 119 colleagues at its Head Office and supporting a total of 365 jobs across Crewe, including its dealerships, Fleet and Accident Repair Centre.
