Radius, the global business solutions company for products, technology and expert services, has officially kicked off its 2026 graduate scheme, with the team welcoming their newest cohort of 27 graduates.
The comprehensive 24-month programme is designed to offer a hands-on, holistic understanding of the company’s global operations.
By gaining exposure to core business functions from operations and IT to sales and marketing, the programme aims to help graduates build the skills and insights needed to shape long-term careers at Radius.
In fact, over the years, more than 100 graduates have started their careers at Radius, with many continuing to take on senior roles or international secondments in offices worldwide.
To mark the start of their journey, the group recently met with Founder & Executive Chairman Bill Holmes and Group CEO Lee Everett at Radius Campus, Crewe.
Bill Holmes, Founder & Executive Chairman at Radius, said: “Having started my own career on a graduate scheme, I know firsthand how transformative these early opportunities can be. Our graduate programme is essential to bringing fresh perspectives, ambition and new talent into Radius as we continue to expand globally.”
Lee Everett, Group CEO, added: “Giving talented people the tools and global opportunities to build long-term careers is core to how Radius grows. I look forward to seeing the impact this group will make across our international offices.”
