Radius has welcomed a new cohort of colleagues to its Graduate Programmes.
These are flagship initiatives designed to develop future business leaders through hands-on experience, global exposure and strategic learning.
Graduates are offered the opportunity to work on high-impact projects aligned with business strategy, rotate across departments and international offices, gain customer-facing experience, and build essential soft skills, such as collaboration, adaptability, and communication.
They begin their journey by being introduced to Radius’ global operations and culture. From there, they embark on tailored rotations, which can include international secondments and cross-functional experience.
Radius is committed to investing in the development of future talent by providing meaningful career pathways. Some of the graduate positions offered include sales and account management across Emerging Business Units, Fuel and Telematics, as well as opportunities to run projects across global territories.
Meanwhile, Jolawn Victor (pictured) is settling into a new role as Divisional CEO for Telematics, taking responsibility for leading Telematics business across all markets.
With 20 years of experience spearheading high-impact B2B and B2C go-to-market strategies within technology, fintech, digital media and consumer goods industries, Jolawn has demonstrated a history of launching innovative products and scaling their success at a global scale.
