Autotrader recognises Crewe dealerships ‘Commitment to Exceptional Customer Experience’

With more car buyers relying on online reviews when choosing where to purchase and maintain their vehicle, the Autotrader Highly Rated recognition provides an important endorsement of the service delivered by dealership teams every day.
To achieve Highly Rated status, dealerships must meet Autotrader’s criteria, including:
- A strong percentage of customer reviews relative to vehicle sales
- An average customer rating of 4.5 stars or higher
- A minimum of 10 customer reviews
- Responding to 95% of 1- and 2-star reviews
